About Our Partnerships

The Clara Martin Center is regional in its efforts to be able to bring broader resources to the area in which we serve. We are in partnership with HowardCenter and WCMHS on the oversight and management of Second Spring North and South through Collaborative Solutions Corporation.

Second Spring is a licensed Level III Care Home offering nursing and psychiatric services, as well as clinical, vocational and case management services. Second Spring has facilities in Williamstown and Westford, Vermont.

Vermont Care Partners is a partnership between the Vermont Council and the Vermont Care Network providing statewide leadership for an integrated, high quality system of comprehensive services and supports. Our sixteen non-profit community-based member agencies offer care to Vermonters affected by developmental disabilities, mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

The Vermont Council of Developmental and Mental Health Services is the trade association of 16 non-profit community-based agencies that serve Vermonters affected by developmental disabilities, mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

Vermont Care Network (VCN) is a statewide provider network of 16 non-profit community-based agencies that serve Vermonters affected by developmental disabilities, mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

Clara Martin Center is colocated with Gifford Health Care at the Chelsea Health Center. The Chelsea Health Center is owned and overseen by the Chelsea Health Center Board.
